The speed that we process your order is the key to achieving consistent production lead times. To help the process the presentation we send out to clubs becomes the basis for the order confirmation and factory job sheet. We have our own merchandising team based at the factory in China led by Jia-Wen Wang. As soon as your order arrives with us it is converted to a factory job sheet and sent to Jia-Wen. Within a day of the job landing in her inbox the order is bar coded (to track through the factory) and processed into the digital cutting software (see above) to ensure it is in the factory production schedule early.
