Data Protection and Privacy Statement:

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) becomes effective 25th May 2018. This is an update of our Privacy Policy.  The information will help you understand what personal data we collect, why we need the data, how we use it and how its stored.

Zeon Teamwear Limited is stand-alone company working from one location in the UK.  We have no other branches or sub divisions.  Data is used for the sole purpose of working with our client clubs.  Your data will never be sold to or used by third party companies.

We are a teamwear manufacturer supplying sports clubs with custom made team kits.

Club Representatives:  We work with nominated representatives of clubs who act as the sole point of contact.  We hold their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address.  The contact information is needed to liaise with clubs on the general day to day running of their account.  We email from time to time with product updates relative to their club and reminders of new order periods.

The data is stored securely on our accounts package located on a stand-alone computer that has no internet access.  First names and the email address is stored in a second location on our email data base for easy interaction.

Job Sheets:  These are created in a graphics package called Corel Draw.  Job sheets are printed and used as an internal working document.  A copy is created in pdf form which is emailed to the club rep as an order confirmation.  Information held on the job sheet includes the name, club, delivery address and phone number.  This is for quick reference to interact the clubs reps on queries, dispatch and invoicing.  Job sheets are stored in our company office for up to 1 year before being destroyed using a specialist company Confidential Information Destruction (CID).

Enquiries:  New enquiries come in to Zeon via our web site contact form, the digital marketing contact form, email and telephone.  We record your name, telephone number and email address for the purpose of processing the enquiry.  Contact forms are printed and used as a worksheet to update progress through the enquiry phase.  If the enquiry does not progress to an order the data is held for a short period before being deleted / destroyed.  The data will not be sold to a third party, used for marketing or for any purpose other than dealing with your enquiry.

Online Shop Clients:  Online ordering is a service to your club allowing club members to order direct with us. This save a club official valuable time performing the duty. The shop is subject to its own terms and conditions outlined at point of sale.  We store the client data on the Zeon password protected Open Cart site.  The information is needed should any query arise on your order and for dispatch.  Emails are stored in a second location on our email data base.  This is used for the sole purpose of informing club members of shop opening and closing times.  We hold the data for as long as the club is customers of ours.

Card Payments are made through Secure Trading who operate under their own terms and conditions compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
