Terms and Conditions for Zeon Teamwear

Order and Production

Garments are custom-made to order.
Delivery occurs 6-8 weeks after order confirmation or the closing of the ordering window.
Ordering window times are determined by your club.
All garments are delivered together to a central club business address, not individually or to private addresses.
Garments are player-packed.

Sizing and Customisation

Incorrectly sized garments that are personalized with individual names or specific numbers will not be replaced.
Faulty garments or those made incorrectly will be replaced.
Any faults must be reported within 14 days.
Dye batch shades may vary between orders but will be consistent within a single order.
Size specifications can be altered at Zeon Teamwear’s discretion without notice.

Design and Club Merchandise

Garment ranges are pre-agreed with club officials and are considered official club merchandise.
Individual club members cannot change designs when ordering.
Designs, fabrics, and fit are agreed upon by club officials and cannot be altered.

Order Cancellation and Payment

Orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.
Property of the goods remains with Zeon Teamwear Ltd until full payment has been made.

Liability

Neither party shall be liable for loss of use, profit, or any indirect or consequential damages in connection with the contract.
