Terms & Conditions:


Garments are custom made to order.

Delivery is made 6-8 weeks after confirmation of your order or the day the ordering window closes.

Ordering window times are set by your club.

All garments are delivered together to a central club business address and not sent individually or to private addresses.

Garments are player packed.

Garments ordered to incorrect sizes that are personanlised with individual names or specifically numbered will not be replaced.

Faulty garments or garment made incorrectly will be replaced.

We must be notified of any faults within 14 days.

Dye batch shades can vary from one order to the next but will be the same in any single order.

Size specifications can be altered at our discretion without notice.

Garment ranges are agreed with club officials in advance of any orders being taken from club members and should be considered official club merchandise.

Designs cannot be changed by individual club members when ordering.

Designs, fabrics and fit are agreed by club officials and cannot be changed.



Garments are custom made to order. Orders cannot be cancelled when once the production process has started.



Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for loss of use of any Works, loss of profit, loss of any contract or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage which may be suffered by the other Party in connection with the Contract.



Until full payment has been made of the price of the goods and of any other sums what so ever which are or may become outstanding from the buyer to Zeon Teamwear Ltd, the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer.

Customer names and addresses and all other information relating to their dealing with us will be stored securely.

Credit card payments are done through a specialist company, Secure Trading.

Customer information including postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers WILL NOT be sold on to third party companies or allow third party companies to use any of the information.

Customer information including postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers can be used for general marketing purposes by Zeon (although you hold the right to opt out).

We will use your contact details for obtaining further information as required relating directly to your order.
